About Wodzilla
Coaches deserve better tools.
That’s why we built an all-in-one workspace that helps them create, organize, schedule, and share workouts faster.
Why Wodzilla
Workout programming has been forced into tools that were never built for it.
A workout starts in a note, moves to a document, spreadsheet or calendar, then gets sent in a message. Every step wastes time.
Our story
Built by coaches, for coaches and athletes.
Wodzilla was born from our years of experience spent running a functional fitness gym and coaching athletes in every setting, from one-to-one and online coaching to small groups and large classes.
We know what it takes to plan effective workouts, brief athletes, adapt sessions in real time, manage different ability levels, and deliver a consistently high-quality coaching experience.
We also know what happens behind the scenes.
Workout programming is often scattered across notes, documents, spreadsheets, calendars, messaging apps, and tools that were never designed for coaching. Too much time and energy is spent organizing information, repeating manual tasks, and trying to make disconnected systems work together.
We built Wodzilla to solve the problems we experience ourselves.
Every part of the platform is shaped by real coaching workflows and practical needs. We apply our experience to remove friction from programming, make workouts clearer and easier to deliver, and help coaches stay in control at every step.
Our goal is to give coaches better tools so they can focus on what matters most: helping athletes progress, delivering a great experience, and building lasting relationships with their clients.
Technology has transformed how coaches communicate, share content, manage communities, and run their businesses. In a world shaped by digital platforms, social media, and AI, coaching tools should evolve too.
Our goal with Wodzilla is to help coaches save time, reduce unnecessary effort, and extend the positive impact of their work, without losing the expertise, judgment, and human connection that make great coaching possible.
— The Wodzilla Team
Our guiding principles
Technology should support good coaching, not replace it.
One question guides every decision at Wodzilla: does this make programming clearer, faster, or easier to deliver?
